- Pricing

All prices listed on this site are in Pounds Sterling. Navy Bay reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

- Guarantee
Navy Bay Jewellery is made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your Navy Bay pieces, so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions upon receiving your jewellery.

Should it be necessary, Navy Bay will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge, for a period of up to two months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us if you require this service. 

We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

 

- Cancelling and Refunds

Please note that a request for a refund must be made within seven working days of receiving an order. Authorised returns thereafter must be returned back to Navy Bay within seven working days to remain valid for a refund. The item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs - we regret that items lost in the post cannot be refunded.

- Navy Bay Cancelling Your Order

Navy Bay reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. This may be due to lack of supplies or gemstones. At Navy Bay's discretion.

- Refunds by Stripe payment system:

When an order is cancelled/refunded, our payment system Stripe submits refunds to a customer's bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in the customer's bank account.

 

- Links to Other Sites

The navybay.co.uk website may contain links to other sites on the Internet which are owned and operated by vendors or other third parties. Navy Bay is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site.

  1. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. Entry is free.

  3. Open to residents of the UK only. 

  4. Winner will be picked at random and at Navy Bay's discretion.

  5. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. If any prize or product is lost or damaged during the course of delivery to the recipient, Navy Bay will provide reasonable assistance in seeking to resolve the problem. 

  6. We reserve the right to cancel the competition, if circumstances change that are beyond our control.

  7. By entering, you agree to be bound by all the rules and agree that your social account username may be announced if you win.
