Please note that a request for a refund must be made within seven working days of receiving an order. Please contact us here.

 

Authorised returns thereafter must be returned back to Navy Bay within seven working days to remain valid for a refund. The item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs - we regret that items lost in the post cannot be refunded.

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item. Depending on your bank, please allow 3-10 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.
