Authorised returns thereafter must be returned back to Navy Bay within seven working days to remain valid for a refund. The item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs - we regret that items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item. Depending on your bank, please allow 3-10 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.
